Our adventure began in Kuala Lumpur and took us to the island of Borneo – specifically to the Malaysian part of the island, the Sultanate of Brunei, and finally to Bangkok.

Together with experienced travelers Martin and Tomáš, we explored the wild nature, encountered orangutans and the fascinating proboscis monkeys. We navigated the flooded Kinabatangan River during heavy rains, snorkeled near Manukan Island, and wandered through various markets – from big cities to small towns. Around Kota Kinabalu, we explored the surroundings on motorbikes, which gave us a completely different perspective on this part of Borneo. Some of us bravely tasted local specialties (with varying degrees of success ????), but most importantly, we had an amazing time!
